Robert Oates joined Prop Sustainable at its inception as both an early investor and a Non-Executive Director.

Rob is the Founder and Chief Executive of ARBTECH, the UK’s leading ecology consultancy, which he built from the ground up into a nationally recognised market leader. He brings extensive entrepreneurial and operational experience to PROP.

In his role with PROP, Rob serves as a strategic advisor to the Founder and leadership team, providing guidance on business growth.
