EV Charging Infrastructure

We are one of the UK’s leading EV charging infrastructure advisories. We specialise in connecting landlords with charge point operator (CPO) tenants, focusing on headline rent, reliability and ease of partnership & covenant strength. Our expertise span from assisting local garden centres to global private equity funds in securing effective and friendly leases with CPOs.

We were recently engaged by a US-based private equity manager to tender a portion of their £5.5bn global real estate portfolio to the charge point operator (CPO) market. This delivered £8m in additional rental income over 25 years across 17 assets, all achieved with £0 CapEx or OpEx burden on the landlord.

Solar PV

We provide expert guidance to organisations on their solar PV strategies, tailoring our approach to deliver maximum financial value. For landlords, we focus on boosting operating income, while for tenants and owner-occupiers, our priority is reducing operating expenditure to drive significant cost savings and sustainability benefits.

We were recently engaged by a property investment and asset management firm to develop a solar PV strategy for three shopping centres across England, Scotland, and Wales. The project focused on delivering approximately 1 MW of solar capacity to reduce energy costs for landlords' communal areas, providing significant commercial savings and improved operational efficiency.

Utility Scale

We work with a select group of clients with extensive land portfolios to assess the viability of utility-scale energy projects, including BESS, wind, and solar farms. Navigating the challenges of limited grid infrastructure and shifting government policies, we recognise the complexities of this evolving sector.
