Prop Sustainable Appointed to Support Be.EV’s Ultra-Rapid Charging Programme Across London and the M25

Prop Sustainable has been appointed by Be.EV, powered by Octopus Energy Generation, to support the identification and securing of new, fully funded ultra-rapid EV charging hub sites across London and the M25.

The appointment brings together Be.EV’s rapidly expanding ultra-rapid charging network and Prop Sustainable’s experience in site identification, commercial structuring and long-term delivery of EV infrastructure within complex urban environments.

Supporting the Next Phase of EV Infrastructure

Be.EV is one of the UK’s fastest-growing ultra-rapid charging networks, with a strong focus on reliability, customer experience and long-term investment. With significant capital allocated for continued expansion, the programme will focus on high-quality locations capable of supporting multi-bay ultra-rapid charging hubs in and around Greater London.

Prop Sustainable will work alongside the Be.EV team to assess potential sites, engage with landowners and stakeholders, and support sites through early feasibility, commercial discussions and delivery planning.
