Prop Sustainable Launches Second Roadside Retail Breakfast In Partnership With Black Sheep Coffee
Following the success of the inaugural event, Prop Sustainable, in partnership with Black Sheep Coffee, has announced the return of the Roadside Retail Breakfast, with the second edition set to take place in the City of London this April.
The Roadside Retail Breakfast was launched to create a focused, discussion-led forum for developers, landowners and F&B operators active in the roadside and drive-thru sector. The first edition brought together a curated group of senior stakeholders to explore the evolving dynamics of roadside real estate, including the role of EV charging infrastructure, changing consumer behaviour and the integration of food and beverage brands into modern roadside schemes.
The second edition will build on this format, maintaining an intimate and carefully selected guest list to ensure open, practical and commercially relevant discussion. Attendance is limited to developers, landlords and operators directly involved in delivering roadside retail assets.
As the UK’s EV charging network continues to expand and rapid charging hubs increasingly co-locate with F&B and convenience uses, the intersection between infrastructure and retail is becoming a critical consideration in site strategy. The breakfast provides a platform for those shaping these schemes to exchange insights, discuss live projects and share market intelligence in a relaxed setting.
Prop Sustainable continues to work closely with leading developers and operators across the UK, supporting the identification and structuring of EV charging opportunities within roadside and retail environments. The Roadside Retail Breakfast forms part of the firm’s broader commitment to facilitating meaningful collaboration across the sector.
